Summary: The Training & Development Specialist is responsible for administering core training processes and designing, implementing, and conducting various training and development programs for local IDL personnel. Highlights: 1. Key participant in conducting training sessions and evaluating learning 2. Collaborate on design and development of training programs 3. Opportunity to coach less experienced peers and enhance skills The Training \& Development Specialist is responsible to administrate the core training processes for the local IDL personnel. Also is responsible for the research, proposal, design, implementation and conducting of any respective training and development program. They should attend any necessary training on hosting the programs, as well as collaborate with any necessary internal or external personnel.
