Position Summary: Supervise and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure continuous service operation and optimize costs. Key Highlights: 1. Lead maintenance teams and coordinate external suppliers. 2. Ensure optimal operation of facilities. 3. Diagnose failures and define technical solutions. Main Responsibilities · Supervise maintenance staff and responsible departments · Schedule and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance. · Respond to failure or incident reports. · Diagnose failures and define technical solutions. · Purchase spare parts, supplies, and materials. · Coordinate external suppliers. · Manage inventories of tools and spare parts. · Prepare reports and logs. · Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. · Optimize maintenance costs. · Conduct inspection rounds. Responsibilities · Ensure continuous service operation. · Maintain facilities in good condition. · Supervise work performed by maintenance staff. · Supervise work performed by contractors and service providers. · Supervise material usage. · Prevent risks.
