* Monitor the entry and exit of residents, visitors, and vendors. * Verify identifications, authorizations, and entry records. * Maintain entry and exit logs (physical and digital logbooks). * Monitor the guardhouse area and main access points. * Immediately report any incident, anomaly, or suspicious situation. * Assist in enforcing the internal regulations of the residential development. * Maintain constant communication with the supervisor or management. * Conduct visual patrols in areas near the guardhouse (when applicable). * Operate security equipment such as radios, cameras, or access barriers. * Provide respectful and courteous service to residents and visitors.
