Experience in fiber optic network installation and maintenance We seek a Fiber Optic Splicer with experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fiber optic networks, capable of working on-site and ensuring service connection quality. Requirements: Knowledge of fiber optic operation (multimode and single-mode) Proficiency with connectors (SC, LC, ST, FC) Experience in fusion and mechanical splicing Ability to identify attenuation and signal loss Proficiency with splice closures (enclosures, ODN) Interpretation of network drawings and diagrams (DWG) Fiber preparation in various scenarios (enclosures and ODN) Tool proficiency: fusion splicer, OTDR, power meter, traffic detector, and visible light detector Willingness to travel Field technical skills: Manual dexterity Eye-hand coordination Cable organization Network fault identification Execution of tests and measurements Identification of network cuts or faults Compliance with telecommunications standards Experience working at heights Ability to work under pressure We Offer: Competitive salary Statutory benefits Job stability Growth opportunity Position Type: Full-time Salary: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per week Work Location: On-site employment
