**About This Role** As a Team Coordinator, the contractor will collaborate cross\-functionally to ensure outstanding client experiences and the seamless delivery of high\-quality creative work. Responsibilities combine strategic coordination and creative oversight within a dynamic creative production environment. Monitoring a designated portfolio of creative output, your primary objective is to facilitate the flawless delivery of our creative services, upholding Design Pickle's commitment to excellence and hospitality. **Working hours:** 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST **Location:** Remote, open to candidates in **Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, or India**. **What You'll Do** * Act as a primary production point of contact for Production Specialists, Customer Success Managers, Production Coordinators, Production Assistants, and Clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs, providing updates, and meeting their expectations. This includes supporting the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring the proper setup of production resources and workflows tailored to each client's needs. * Assist in ensuring on\-time delivery of client work, ensuring it consistently meets or exceeds client expectations. * Support creative talent to consistently produce work aligned with Design Pickle's quality standards, surpassing client expectations. * Collaborate with a diverse creative workforce of up to 40, including graphic designers, digital designers, illustrators, motion graphics artists, and video editors; Monitor adherence to service level standards. * Coordinate and distribute workloads among the creative team to maximize productivity and creative utilization. * Collaborate with Quality Coordinators and Art Directors to maintain design quality, brand consistency, and client satisfaction. * Identify and communicate resolution to issues related to low customer feedback, identifying opportunities to enhance processes and service delivery. * Utilize tools and collaborate with Production Coordinators/Assistants as needed to efficiently manage client requests, ensuring proper assignment and timely delivery of creative work. * Identify opportunities to enhance processes, contribute to improving the creative team, and refine service delivery, including optimizing workflows for onboarding new clients and managing resources effectively. **Requirements:** * Passion for Design Pickle's purpose: to be the most helpful creative platform in the world. * Knowledge and experience in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, or Custom Illustrations. * Demonstrated ethical leadership skills, fostering collaboration, productivity, and a positive team atmosphere. * Experience in collaborating and supporting large creative teams. * Adaptability, speed, and agility in working efficiently and effectively under pressure. * Proficient in business\-level English communication for real\-time interactions with creatives and clients. * Strong organizational and time\-management skills. * Decision\-making, negotiation, and forward\-thinking skills. * Proficiency in people, resource, and ticket management. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Proven experience providing services as a Studio Manager, Traffic Coordinator, or Project Manager in a creative agency\-type setting. * Previous Client Support experience enhancing your ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
