Our team is small, agile, and ready to change the world. **Your Responsibilities:** * Develop firmware in C\+\+/Python for the microcontroller (ESP32\) that controls our M41 reactor. * Build the cloud backend to monitor our fleet of reactors in real time, laying the foundation for the QUADRA AI platform. * Create APIs for collecting, storing, and analyzing large volumes of data. * Implement visualization dashboards for our customers and internal monitoring. **Who We're Looking For:** * Recent graduate or advanced student in Software Engineering, Computer Systems, Computer Science, or related field. * Solid programming skills in **Python** or **Node.js**. * Interest or experience with C\+\+ for embedded systems (a big plus). * Familiarity with any cloud platform (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure). * Insatiable curiosity about IoT, data analytics, and Machine Learning. **What We Offer:** * **100% remote** work with completely flexible hours. * Real-world experience in software architecture, DevOps, and building a product from scratch. * Competitive financial compensation. * Direct mentorship from founders and the opportunity to define the company's tech stack.
