We are seeking: Paint Process Technician (Automotive Interior Applications) * The Paint Technician executes engineering plans and implements process techniques on tools and machinery to maximize performance. * Reads control charts for critical characteristics and processes; monitors results and supports the process engineer in determining machine and process capabilities, as well as performance reliability. * Resolves issues related to maintenance and performance concerning design, manufacturing, or construction sequence. Requirements * **Education:** Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related technical degree * **Experience:** 2 years as a Paint Process Technician. * Experience: Automotive interior applications * **Proficiency in raw material processing, including: Wood, Carbon Fiber, Glass Fiber.** * Availability to work rotating shifts.
