At Ómnibus de México, we are seeking a committed, proactive, and results-oriented Logistics Supervisor to coordinate and monitor transportation logistics operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely resource allocation, maintaining fleet control, and providing continuous support to drivers. Key Responsibilities: * Fleet tracking and monitoring of buses. * Assignment and delivery of travel cards to operators. * Preparation, control, and filing of essential operational documents. * Real-time vehicle tracking and route monitoring. * Generation of trip status and performance reports. * Constant communication with operators to ensure itinerary compliance. * Support in resolving incidents during transit. Requirements: * Completed high school diploma or technical degree (preferably in logistics, transportation, or administration). * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position. * Knowledge of satellite tracking and fleet management. * Teamwork skills. * Basic proficiency in computer tools and Microsoft Office suite. * Flexible schedule availability.
