Process management, audits, and quality control Responsible for supervising, organizing, and optimizing distribution operations, guaranteeing efficient and timely shipment delivery. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Organize personnel. • Ensure compliance with scheduled working hours and breaks. • Attend the initial daily operations meeting. • Audit and ensure compliance with processes and LH receipt and unloading operations. • Guarantee that fuel card delivery and verification processes are performed in the best possible manner. • Resolve any questions or issues arising within operations. • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement. • Schedule and resolve tasks performed by warehouse service staff, quality control, and package security personnel. • Ensure compliance with regulations. • Implement the continuous improvement system. • Manage petty cash and prepare reimbursement reports, ensuring adherence to expense policies. • Audit package forms and completed routes. • Carry out the weekly payroll process according to punctuality and attendance procedures. • Handle operational and administrative matters. • Work with a positive attitude KNOWLEDGE: • Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency. • File management. • Process control and auditing. • Petty cash management. • Knowledge of fuel-related forms, completed routes, and operation closure procedures.
