Preparation of financial statements and reports General Accountant / Finance Coordinator Job Objective To manage and optimize the company's financial resources through cash flow control, accounting management, timely fulfillment of tax and financial obligations, and generation of reliable information for decision-making, ensuring operational continuity and regulatory compliance of the organization. Requirements Academic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting (degree and professional license). Intermediate or advanced English proficiency. Willingness to work onsite in Aguascalientes. Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in general accounting and finance, preferably in industrial or manufacturing companies. Experience in internal or external audit processes. Experience in fulfilling tax obligations and responding to authority requests. Technical Knowledge Preparation and submission of tax returns. Proficiency in VAT, Income Tax (ISR), DIOT, and electronic accounting. Management and control of CFDI. Preparation of financial statements under NIF standards. Bank reconciliations and cash flow control. Budget and cost control. Proficiency in Contpaqi, Aspel, or enterprise ERP systems. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of employer obligations toward IMSS and INFONAVIT. Main Responsibilities Supervise and execute the company's accounting processes. Manage cash flow and treasury operations. Prepare monthly and annual accounting closings. Ensure timely fulfillment of tax obligations. Prepare financial statements and reports for management. Follow up on internal and external audits. Oversee internal controls and financial processes. Participate in the preparation and monitoring of the annual budget. Analyze costs and support financial and tax planning.
