### **DESCRIPTION** Grupo Diagnóstico Aries is seeking a **Recruitment Analyst** to join its recruitment team, actively participating in talent attraction, selection, and candidate follow-up processes. We are looking for a candidate with a background in **Psychology or Education**, initial experience in recruitment and selection, interest in developing a career in Human Capital, and **availability to join a dynamic operation**, including supporting various locations as required by the project. ### **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Posting and promoting job openings across multiple recruitment channels * Resume screening and initial candidate contact * Telephone and virtual interviews * Candidate follow-up throughout the selection process * Scheduling interviews and verifying documentation * Support in operational project activities * **Availability to travel and support processes at various locations**, as scheduled ### **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree in **Psychology or Education** (completed or currently completing graduation requirements) * **6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment and selection** * Preferred experience in **clinical, healthcare, or service sectors** * Basic proficiency in job boards and conducting interviews * Organization, responsibility, and effective communication skills * **Availability to travel** ### **CONDITIONS** * **Work schedule:** Full-time *(Mon–Thu: 8:30 AM–6:00 PM; Fri: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM)* * **Work modality:** On-site ### **WE OFFER** * Competitive salary * Benefits exceeding legal requirements * Professional development and growth opportunities in Human Capital **APPLICATION** Apply through this channel or send your CV to: **leonardo.velasco@gda.mx** | Subject: *Recruitment Analyst*
