Exhibition Stand Installer Assistant Company specializing in the assembly of exhibition and event booths. **WORK LOCATION:** XPO1, XPO2, and venues hosting events within or outside the city. **WORK SCHEDULE:** \- Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. \- Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (Flexibility for alternative hours, weekends, or holidays according to event requirements.) **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Age between 25 and 45 years. \- Completed high school education. \- Minimum one year of experience in installation, assembly, or construction. \- Good physical condition. \- Valid driver’s license (preferred). \- Basic knowledge of manual tools. \- Experience in welding, carpentry, or drywall installation is preferred. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Assist with loading, unloading, assembling, and dismantling exhibition booths. \- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. \- Comply with safety regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment. \- Support the lead installer in preparing materials. \- Report incidents or equipment malfunctions. **WE OFFER:** \- Weekly salary of $2,300 during the training period (3 to 6 months). \- Statutory benefits: IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute), paid vacation, and year-end bonus. \- Additional benefits: Monthly food vouchers worth $1,300 (upon permanent hiring), life insurance, and medical membership (after evaluation). \- Opportunities for professional growth.
