Position Summary: We are seeking a Systems Manager with a focus on IT to analyze and streamline processes, make strategic technology decisions, and define infrastructure and security policies. Position Objective: Analyze current work processes and methods to improve efficiency and increase team productivity; make strategic decisions regarding technological solutions; plan and define policies for updating technological infrastructure and operating software; define policies and procedures for technology environment security and backup; maintain and assign assets. Responsibilities: · Preventive and corrective maintenance of company computer equipment. · Ensure proper operation of network infrastructure. · Monitor costs arising from cloud server usage. · Keep IP addresses updated to ensure platform functionality. · Manage Office licenses and track storage resources (cloud). · Control and monitor space usage on the ERP (NAV) server to avoid exceeding capacity. · Conduct information analysis to systematize reports from all departments. · Coordinate with external providers of internal platforms regarding potential changes suggested by operational departments, and validate implementation. · Provide user training on various platforms and ERP systems.
