




This role is responsible for managing projects submitted to the regional government, ensuring they represent sound business cases and supporting subsequent internal governance processes within the organization. Additionally, it manages and generates reports from project management systems, providing continuous monitoring. **Key Responsibilities:** Ensure CBA review in the governance process, presenting solid Business Cases that accurately reflect the Costs and Benefits associated with project outcomes and alignment to objectives. * Support the business in prioritizing initiatives, considering regulatory aspects and cost-benefit analysis. * Ensure effective communication with all members of the regional Pre-GIE and global governance committees regarding deliverables, stages, and reporting deadlines. * Oversee project teams’ use of Clarity, supporting the PM in the proper use of the tool, as well as in analyzing and reporting adherence to established timelines for the initiative’s duration. * Escalate effectively to the project team, finance, and the PM any potential deviations observed in Clarity related to project progress, budget, and delivery timelines. * Accurately and comprehensively collect and organize project specifications and information, ensuring effective communication to the team. * Track assigned projects, taking into account information provided by various stakeholders, and update each project’s status in Clarity as they progress. Professional and Academic Experience: * Education: University Degree * Field of Study: Systems Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Administration or related disciplines. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience leading business-impact projects within financial sector companies (insurance companies, banks, etc.). * Languages: English (Advanced) | Spanish (Native) Other Capabilities * Knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies – Basic * Knowledge of project lifecycle – Intermediate * Knowledge of requirements gathering – Intermediate * Basic knowledge of software development, architecture, and databases – Basic * Ability to deliver results within time constraints. * Oral and written communication skills. * Teamwork skills, including influencing others and managing conflict. * Goal-oriented mindset. * Analytical, planning, synthesis, and decision-making skills. * Leadership and ability to work under pressure. * Adaptability and pragmatism. * Analytical thinking and strategic management.
