Job Objective: Ensure the operational and informational availability of systems and technological platforms at Headquarters as well as at project sites. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related field. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support, database management, and technological infrastructure administration (software, hardware, networks, etc.). * Proficiency in software: Windows, macOS, Office 365, CONTPAQ, ASPEL, SQL Server, among others. * Willingness and ability to relocate. * Artificial Intelligence tools * English proficiency preferred. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support (diagnosis and solutions) * Manage technological assets * Liaise with technology service providers * Administration, management, and support of: Databases, Servers, Information Security and Backups, Networks and Communication Services, Operating Systems, Security Services, Internal Projects. * Organize technological training and promote staff adherence to best practices **Skills and Competencies:** * Problem-solving ability * Proactivity * Organizational skills * Strong analytical and evaluative capacity * Excellent interpretation skills * Initiative and preventive attitude We offer: Competitive salary, statutory benefits, within a positive organizational environment fostering teamwork, development, and continuous innovation.
