




A leading customs company is seeking an **ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT** **Purpose of the position**: Provide administrative and operational support in customs and financial processes, ensuring proper management of client files, invoicing, collections, and account reconciliation, thereby contributing to the efficient execution of foreign trade processes and the appropriate administration of clients. **Required work experience:** * Management and preparation of client files. * Preparation and entry of invoices into administrative systems. * Review and validation of fees. * Account reconciliation and balance tracking. * Support in collection processes and payment control. * Collaboration with administrative and foreign trade departments. **General knowledge:** * Basic knowledge of administrative and customs procedures. * Proficiency in electronic invoicing. * Control and monitoring of accounts receivable. * Knowledge of foreign trade processes is desirable for professional development. **Software:** * **Office** (Excel, Word, Outlook). * **AIPA** – Integrated Customs Process Management. **Required competencies and skills** * Organization and attention to detail. * Analytical ability and follow-up capacity. * Responsibility and handling of confidential information. * Interest in professional development within customs and foreign trade. * Effective communication and teamwork. **WE OFFER:** * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm * **Salary**: $12,000.00 to $13,000.00 * **Benefits:** As stipulated by law * Mentorship * Ongoing training Employment type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 – $13,000.00 per month Experience: * Administrative assistant: 2 years (Preferred) * Office suite: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: * Federal driver’s license, Class A (Preferred) Work location: On-site employment
