This role is key to analyzing and interpreting end-of-line data, facilitating effective decision-making by identifying issues at their source and proposing clear, collaborative solutions. **A day in the life of this role:** * Collect, analyze, and interpret end-of-line data. * Prepare reports that facilitate decision-making. Identify quality issues and propose solutions from the root cause. * Communicate findings clearly with other departments. * Facilitate solution adoption through visual analysis (charts, pivot tables). **Who we are looking for:** **Required:** * Education: High School. * Basic knowledge of Excel. * Ability to analyze and interpret data. * Experience in report preparation. * Ability to perform on-site work in Aguascalientes. **Desired:** * Previous experience in the automotive industry. * Interpretation of charts and pivot tables. * Experience in quality or repair areas. **Competencies:** * Analytical and logical thinking. * Problem-solving. * Teamwork. * Effective communication. * Conflict management. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
