




Job Summary: Responsible for planning and organizing resources to meet customer requirements in terms of quantity, quality, and timeliness within a team-based work environment and continuous improvement culture. Key Highlights: 1. Manage teams and operational personnel, ensuring production targets are met. 2. Implement improvements and control scrap through timely corrective actions. 3. Focus on data analysis, KPIs, and development of efficient teams. PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR Responsible for optimally planning and organizing the necessary resources to meet customer requirements in quantity, quality, and timeliness within a team-based work environment and continuous improvement culture. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage equipment, incidents, and operational personnel needs. * Participate in production and efficiency meetings. * Ensure adherence to the production plan. * Plan, track, and continuously monitor line performance (hour-by-hour). * Report metrics such as earned and paid hours. * Implement improvements through Gemba walks and immediate actions. * Request support via andon when necessary and communicate incidents affecting shipments. * Prepare relevant documentation and control scrap through timely corrective actions. QUALIFICATIONS: * Availability for Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. * Industrial Engineer or related degree. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Minimum 3 years of experience in the field. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Experience in the connector industry is highly desirable. * Proficiency in data analysis, focused on KPIs. * Skilled in negotiation, action orientation, conflict management, development of direct reports, process administration, and creation of efficient teams.
