(1\) year of experience in a similar position 2\. Keyboard proficiency 3\. Strong Excel skills 4\. Efficient data management MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 1\. Ensure accurate and timely data entry into required technological platforms (TMS, Intelisis, Excel). 2\. Serve as the operational liaison between Logistics \- Workshop and Workshop \- Warehouse, facilitating effective communication and process tracking. 3\. Verify data consistency and report any discrepancies or irregularities identified. 4\. Track work orders, vehicle movement, and operational requirements, ensuring timely and proper fulfillment. 5\. Collaborate with various teams to maintain comprehensive coordination, enabling efficient daily operations. 6\. Participate in preparing operational reports when required.
