




Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Control Coordinator to ensure monitoring and tracking of physical progress, guaranteeing quality and efficiency through a management system. With over 30 years of experience, we have developed more than 33,000 homes, committed to building sustainable environments that foster happy family communities for a better world. **We are seeking:** **Construction Control Coordinator** **Job Objective**: Ensure control, monitoring, and tracking of physical construction progress, guaranteeing compliance with schedules, costs, quality, and construction processes through the implementation of a quality management system that standardizes procedures, reduces rework, and enhances project operational efficiency. **What will be your responsibilities?** · Monitor physical progress versus construction schedule (daily, weekly, and monthly) · Validate volumes executed per work front. · Prepare physical-financial progress reports. · Identify schedule deviations and propose corrective actions. · Consolidate information from site managers, supervisors, and contractors. · Generate construction performance indicators (KPIs). **Requirements:** Education: Architect or Civil Engineer. Experience: Minimum 2 years in the real estate sector, including construction administration and budget control, cost control, physical-financial progress tracking, supervision and control of construction activities in compliance with quality standards and established timelines, and management and assurance of project resource and/or material supply.
