WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU! · Talent Developer Main Responsibilities: Implement the performance evaluation plan with technical consultants. · Requirements: Monitoring of key indicators. Annual monitoring. End-to-end performance evaluation. Competency model (skills related to leadership, technical competencies, PowerSkill questions, soft skills). Tracking of learning paths by role; monitoring individual growth within the organization. Creation of development plans. Experience managing a development program.
