Execute specialized activities oriented toward goals. **Header \- External** ------------------------- VP: VPGM Region Sur Pacífico Entity: Tlaxcala Location Type: Apizaco Store **Position Objective** --------------------------- Advise customers to identify their service needs at AT\&T stores, achieving optimization while adhering to established processes and policies. **Main Responsibilities** --------------------------------- Establish a cordial and service-oriented relationship with customers to ensure service quality, thereby providing alternatives for issue resolution. Implement quality standards set by Management, and likewise ensure the best service and sales experience. Accurately and completely record customer visits in the company's systems to enhance satisfaction.
