Primary Objective: **Achieve and exceed sales targets** aligned with company goals, **ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.** Prospecting and developing new accounts. Lead and pipeline tracking in CRM. Progress meetings with customers and internal coordination. Weekly sales reports, monthly revenue forecast, monthly strategic planning (Definition of metrics by LL\=R\=O\=V\=Q). Customer crisis management, support during audits or external reviews, special contract negotiations. Follow-up on invoicing and collections. Customer management and commercial proposals within authorized guidelines. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 \- $18,000.00 per month Experience: * IT sales: 3 years (Mandatory) License/Certification: * Cisco CCNA/CCNP, AWS Cloud Practitioner, ITIL (Desirable) Work Location: On-site employment
