Job Request ID: 25631 Country: Mexico Job Location: Acceso IV No. 6 Zona Industrial Benito Juárez Querétaro, Querétaro 76120 **MANUAL OPERATORS** **Your main responsibilities** * Wear full PPE at all times. * Comply with the Internal Work Regulations. * Operate, care for, and maintain deburring equipment, cutting tools, and auxiliary facilities in optimal condition. * Deburr, assemble, and mark parts, meeting required quality standards and timelines according to operational needs. * Provide support and assistance to other areas in basic activities as required by departmental needs (CNC, warehouse, FPI, and final inspection). * Train newly hired personnel to perform job tasks and responsibilities effectively. * Keep your incurred expenses and incidents up to date, accurately and on time. * Maintain implemented area management and control systems updated timely and correctly (in real time when necessary). * Keep your work area clean at all times (5S). * Manage and maintain TPM of equipment under your responsibility. * Attend, approve, and apply knowledge acquired during all training received. * Read and fully understand complete process documentation before performing any activity. * Immediately notify the development team upon identifying discrepancies in IPAS documentation and/or process, and during initial production runs. Immediately notify your Supervisor upon identifying discrepancies in documentation, equipment, tools, and/or process. * **Who we are looking for:** **Education:** High school diploma, certificate mandatory. * **Experience:** * Experience in manual dexterity activities. 1 year in operations similar to this position. * **Required knowledge:** * Use and handling of rotary tools (flap wheel, Cratex, disc) and abrasive tools (rotary file). * Riveting machine, pneumatic moto-tool, belt sander, pneumatic press. * Component assembly.
