* **Service Coordination:** Confirm appointments with customers and prepare tools and materials before each installation. * **Equipment Pickup and Delivery:** Handling of equipment and logs with deliveries to assigned warehouse or base. * **On-site Installation:** Punctual visits to customers, installation of fiber optic, coaxial, and telephone services. * **Equipment Configuration:** Installation and testing of modems, cabling, Wi-Fi network, and verification of functionality. * **Customer Service:** Clear explanation of the service, equipment usage, and collection of signature and evidence. * **Reporting and Evidence:** Completion of work orders, required photographs, and weekly submission to supervisor. * **Technical Support and Maintenance:** Repair or inspection visits for installed equipment. * **Inventory Control:** Management of materials and tools, and proper use of assigned vehicle. * **Safety:** Use of PPE and compliance with field safety standards. A vehicle, tools, and PPE are provided; vehicle deposit is required.
