




Ensure proper administrative management of personnel, tracking them from onboarding through to their departure from the organization. Daily preparation and submission of personnel intake reports. Enter required inputs into the system to ensure smooth operational functioning. Assign PPE and uniforms upon each shift’s start, maintaining proper inventory management of equipment and supplies. Provide the organization with suitable talent within the required timeframe, ensuring proper management of the recruitment and selection process. Promote employee satisfaction by maintaining a favorable working environment within the department. Guarantee workers’ physical integrity to prevent work-related accidents or illnesses. Ensure continuity and follow-up of assigned operations by training backup staff and providing necessary tools and information to cover the primary position during vacations or due to human-related absenteeism.
