We are an innovative logistics forwarding company seeking an Operations Intern (air, ocean, and land freight).
Our ideal candidate is someone available to start immediately—preferably a recent graduate looking to apply academic knowledge in practice. Full-time availability (8 hours daily) is ideal, but applications are welcome from candidates able to commit at least 5 hours per day.
Prior work experience—even in roles such as café or cinema staff—is considered a plus.
**Role and Responsibilities**
You will join the team enabling global cargo movement, ensuring seamless shipment flow. Your role will be critical in coordinating, tracking, and maintaining operational control over international shipments.
**Your Key Responsibilities:**
* **24/7 Shipment Opening:** Manage complete Instruction Letter data, including buy/sell operations.
* **Operational Payment Scheduling** and advance release control.
* **Document Management:** Input consignment notes; control and upload supplier and carrier invoices into the system.
* **AMS Filings** upon shipment departure.
* **Delay Monitoring:** Generate reports, coordinate payments, and validate correct invoicing and collections with Finance.
* **Administrative Shipment Closure:** Final document upload to SharePoint and full checklist validation in Scope.
You will serve as the liaison among Operations, Finance, and Clients—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellence in service.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in **International Trade, Business Administration, International Business**, or related fields.
* Currently enrolled student or recent graduate, with up to 1 year of professional experience.
* General knowledge of **Mexico’s and the world’s geography**.
* **Intermediate English**, especially for written communication with clients and international agents.

5 hrs: $5,000\.00 MXN monthly,
6 hrs: $6,000\.00 MXN monthly,
7 hrs: $7,000\.00 MXN monthly,
8 hrs: $8,000\.00 MXN monthly.
