




Job Summary: We are seeking a bilingual Project / Operations Manager to lead the launch, structuring, and operation of a prefabricated façade project—from planning through growth. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the project launch from scratch (structure, processes, and operations). 2. Coordinate the implementation of brand know-how and standards. 3. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. We seek a bilingual Project / Operations Manager to lead the project’s launch, structuring, and operation—from initial planning through execution and growth. **Job Objective:** Oversee the comprehensive development of the prefabricated façade project, ensuring efficient process implementation, coordination with commercial partners, and proper launch of productive and commercial operations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead the project launch from scratch (structure, processes, and operations). * Coordinate the implementation of brand know-how and standards. * Define production, operational, and quality processes. * Participate in plant planning, layout, machinery, and supplier selection. * Monitor costs, budgets, and operational efficiency. * Coordinate technical, operational, and administrative teams. * Track schedules, deliverables, and project objectives. * Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards for manufacturing and construction. **Required Profile** Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Experience: Experience in industrial projects, construction, prefabrication, manufacturing, or similar fields. Experience in launching projects, plants, or business units is desirable. International experience working with partners, brands, or suppliers is desirable. **Key Requirements:** * Bilingual English proficiency (spoken and written) is mandatory. * Ability to structure projects from scratch. * Knowledge of production processes and quality control. * Budget, cost, and schedule management skills. **Key Competencies:** Leadership, organization, intercultural communication, strategic thinking, problem solving, results orientation, and high accountability.
