




At Bolo's Desserts, we are seeking a Development Chef focused on innovation, flawless execution, and culinary leadership. This person will be the mastermind behind our new products. They will help elevate our creations to the next level while maintaining the excellence and consistency that define us. Key Responsibilities: · Design and development of new products (cookies, brownies, cheesecakes, cakes, cold desserts, etc.). · Creation of detailed technical recipe sheets, including exact gram weights, preparation times, and costs. · Conducting ongoing product testing and making adjustments based on feedback. · Standardizing processes and training operational staff (including the Production Manager). · Supervising and implementing compliance with good manufacturing practices, cleanliness, and organization. · Monitoring the yield of each recipe and identifying efficiencies without compromising quality. · Sourcing key ingredient and packaging suppliers. Team Interaction: · The chef will be responsible for establishing the kitchen’s workflow. · The Production Manager will serve as their right-hand person, focusing on daily execution and standards compliance. Requirements: · Minimum 2 years’ experience in pastry/bakery arts. · In-depth knowledge of production processes and quality control. · Proactive attitude, ability to lead and inspire. · Strong attention to detail and results-oriented mindset. · English language proficiency. · Responsible and punctual. · Passion for cooking. · Leadership skills. · Completed Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy. · Proficiency in Excel and Word.
