Job Summary: We are seeking a Health and Safety Supervisor for civil construction projects, focused on EHS management, regulatory compliance, and personnel training. Key Highlights: 1. Leads health and safety supervision on construction projects. 2. Ensures compliance with STPS and SEMARNAT regulatory requirements. 3. Coordinates incident prevention and EHS training. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 3 years as a health and safety supervisor in civil construction projects, including road, railway, and building construction. Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering. Availability: Willingness to work rotating shifts. Technical Knowledge and Skills: Full mastery of occupational health and safety regulations established by STPS. Advanced knowledge of NOM-STPS and environmental regulations issued by SEMARNAT. Development and monitoring of environmental strategies in construction projects. Implementation of safety measures and compliance with safety and environmental requirements specified by external clients for construction works, including electrical installations. Main Responsibilities: Management of access permits and credentialing procedures for personnel assigned to projects. On-site supervision to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Preparation and follow-up of EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) reports. Coordination of incident prevention activities, including formation of emergency response teams. Ongoing training of personnel on safety, health, and environmental topics.
