Job Summary: We are seeking a Health and Safety Supervisor with experience in civil construction projects to ensure regulatory compliance and manage risk prevention. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in team supervision and effective communication. 2. Development and monitoring of environmental strategies in projects. 3. Proficiency in STPS regulations and NOM-STPS standards, as well as SEMARNAT regulations. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Health and Safety Supervisor in civil construction projects, including road, railway, and building construction. Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Chemical Engineering. Availability: Willingness to work rotating shifts. Technical Knowledge and Skills: Full mastery of occupational health and safety regulations established by STPS. Advanced knowledge of NOM-STPS standards and SEMARNAT environmental regulations. Development and monitoring of environmental strategies in construction projects. Implementation of safety measures and compliance with safety and environmental requirements specified by external clients for construction projects, including electrical installations. Key Responsibilities: Management of access permits and staff credentialing for assigned projects. Field supervision to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Preparation and monitoring of EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) reports. Coordination of incident prevention activities, including formation of emergency response teams.
