We are currently seeking an: **Import Supervisor** **Key Responsibilities:** * Review and approve digital shipment documentation submitted by international suppliers. * Notify customs agents of shipment schedules, sharing the corresponding digital documentation. * Instruct customs agents on the logistics procedures applicable to each import. * Control and prepare internal department records related to shipments, documentation, expense tracking, and monitoring. * Confirm and notify the Procurement Department upon receipt of original physical documentation. * Archive and safeguard complete files for each shipment. * Plan, request payments, and arrange advances with shipping lines, customs agents, and port terminals. **Benefits and Perks:** * Monthly Salary * Monthly Food Vouchers amounting to 11.12% of gross salary * Vacation Bonus: 50% * Profit Sharing as per law * Christmas Bonus: 30 days * Cafeteria Service * Life Insurance * Funeral Expense Assistance * Annual Bonus based on KPI performance * And more Working Conditions: * Indefinite-term contract with probationary period * Work Schedule: Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, including 2 hours for lunch; Saturday: rotating on-call shifts under HO modality * Location: Tamarindos Street, Bruno Pagliai Industrial City, Veracruz, Ver. **Requirements:** --------------- * Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, International Business, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in imports and document control. * Knowledge of customs procedures and foreign trade documentation. * Proficiency in the Vucem platform and Windows software (Intermediate Excel) * English language proficiency at 70% ***If you have import experience and seek stability in the food industry, apply through this channel!***
