Requirements: * Must be of legal age * Verifiable experience **Primary Objective:** Conduct partial and frequent inventory counts (daily/weekly) to ensure accuracy between system records and physical inventory without interrupting branch operations. **Key Functions and Responsibilities** * **Conduct Counts:** Perform daily physical counts at branches. * **ABC Classification:** Apply the ABC classification method to prioritize counting high-value or high-turnover items. * **Discrepancy Investigation:** Investigate root causes of discrepancies between physical stock and system records. * **Inventory Adjustment:** Record necessary adjustments in the system once authorized. * **Reporting:** Generate inventory accuracy reports and counting KPIs. **Profile and Requirements** * **Education:** Technical high school diploma, preparatory school diploma, or incomplete degree in logistics/administration. * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months to 1 year in cycle counts, physical inventories, or warehouse functions. * **Knowledge:** * Basic/intermediate Excel (for reporting). **4.
