Description and details of responsibilities * Supervise the company's financial and accounting operations. * Prepare and control annual budgets and financial forecasts. * Analyze financial statements and present reports to management. * Monitor cash flow and ensure financial stability. * Implement strategies to optimize costs and improve profitability. * Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations. * Coordinate internal and external audits. * Assess financial risks and propose preventive actions. * Collaborate with other departments for strategic decision-making.
