Position Summary: We are seeking a Systems Engineer or Technician with experience in remote and on-site support for equipment configuration, maintenance, and security. Key Highlights: 1. Remote and on-site support experience 2. Proficiency in software and hardware installation and configuration 3. Preventive and corrective equipment maintenance **Education:** Systems Engineering degree, Systems Technician diploma, or Computer Science diploma **Experience:** Minimum 6 months in Remote and/or On-Site Support **Knowledge:** · Backup creation, formatting, and software/hardware installation · Basic structured cabling **(desirable)** · Active Directory account, domain, and VPN connection protocols and configuration **Responsibilities:** · Preparation and configuration of new Windows 10 or newer devices · Configuration of applications, email, Microsoft Office 365, and SharePoint · Corrective and preventive maintenance · Repair of computing and peripheral devices · Security policy configuration · Installation and configuration of antivirus and security consoles · Installation and configuration of peripheral devices · Infrastructure project development for structured cabling (training for new hires). **We Offer:** · Salary: $12,000 MXN monthly, tax-free. · Continuous training. · Performance bonus of 50% of base salary. · Travel allowances for local and out-of-town assignments. · Overtime pay (if applicable). **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $12,000.00 \- $18,000.00 MXN per month Work Location: On-site employment
