Collaboration to increase sales and customer satisfaction. **Job Description** Provide support to the Commercial Manager in maintaining positive business relationships with the commercial customer portfolio to achieve customer satisfaction and drive sales growth in the commercial market. **Responsibilities** * Support the Commercial Manager in delivering ongoing training to commercial department staff to ensure excellent service and thorough knowledge of commercial operational processes. * Support the Commercial Manager in reviewing and conducting daily follow-up on established KPIs to ensure objective achievement, including Commercial Sales KPIs (profitability), reduction of vehicle accidents, and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the Commercial Manager to identify adherence to proper execution of commercial operational policies and procedures (returns, point-of-sale systems, price changes, effective credit management) with the goal of increasing sales and delivering excellent customer satisfaction. * **Requirements** * Technical degree or equivalent * Field of study such as Automotive Mechanical Technician, Administrative Mechanic, or related disciplines * 1–3 years of experience in auto parts or accessories, e.g., as a service supervisor at an automotive dealership, commercial advisor at a dealership, counter specialist at a dealership, or commercial advisor at chain repair shops * Knowledge of automotive parts and computer proficiency * Availability to work Monday through Saturday AutoZone de México is the leading retailer and distributor of automotive parts and accessories in the Americas.
