Job Summary: Coordinate industrial safety, conduct inspections, manage emergencies, and ensure compliance with EHS processes, providing support and leading training. Key Highlights: 1. Manages industrial safety and emergency response. 2. Leads LOTO training and follow-up. 3. Actively participates in risk analysis and EHS audits. Responsibilities: * Conduct periodic inspections of emergency response equipment. * Develop and improve assigned internal industrial safety procedures. * Provide industrial safety support to assigned areas. * Coordinate and deliver LOTO training as required. * Issue LOTO cards to certified personnel. * Maintain and track LOTO certification and recertification database. * Participate in immediate incident/emergency response and management. * Support QEHS technicians in submitting the initial incident report. * Participate in PPS, GLS, and Focus Board meetings related to incident investigation. * Verify implementation of incident corrective actions. * Support assigned projects to communicate and validate EHS requirements. * Release new equipment and areas. * Authorize and sign high-risk work permits when required. * Conduct planned audits of contractors. * Participate in GLS discussions related to EHS processes. * Support risk analyses across various departments. * Participate in risk analyses of EHS processes. * Audit risk analyses. * Actively participate in assigned trainings. * Support emergency response teams. * Attend meetings where EHS representation is relevant, as required. * Update inventory of emergency equipment. * Analyze and authorize deviations from EHS processes. * Track assigned activities for legal compliance. * Inspect chemical handling practices across departments. * Participate in risk analyses of environmental aspects and impacts. * Follow up on EHS-assigned SATS actions. * Coordinate and ensure documentation, deployment, compliance, and improvement of assigned specific EHS processes.
