Job Description What will you do? * Ensure work areas and equipment are hygienically clean and orderly, and that supplies are adequately controlled to guarantee efficient service. * Conduct bi-monthly inventories of operational equipment across all points of sale to ensure control over breakage and loss. * Initiate requests for cleaning materials and other supplies in minimum quantities to prevent waste and misuse. * Schedule daily, weekly, and periodic cleaning of food production areas and equipment. * Ensure proper hygiene and sanitation practices are observed across all areas, including the staff cafeteria. * Supervise chemical product consumption across all washing machines and cleaning areas. * Maintain a consistently high standard of personal appearance and hygiene. Requirements What are we looking for? * Exceptional interpersonal qualities, empathy, and people-focused, innovative leadership. * Minimum 2 years of experience in this position. * Knowledge of standards such as Distintivo H, Forbes, AAA, LQA, Green Key, or similar. * Must reside in CDMX.
