




Job Summary: We are seeking an accurate and proactive Data Entry Specialist for data migration and validation, as well as management of Sales Orders and Purchase Orders, with a focus on quality and process improvement. Job Description and Responsibilities **What You’ll Do:** * Access and work on both the current and new systems to transfer and validate data. * Create and enter **Sales Orders (SOs)** and **Purchase Orders (POs)** with accurate information, including products, pricing, and customer or supplier details, as well as any other required information. * Migrate information from the current system to the new system, carefully verifying data **accuracy, completeness, and consistency**. * Review and validate **prices, quantities, and other critical details** in Sales Orders to ensure accuracy. * Analyze data during migration to identify **errors, inconsistencies, or nonsensical values**. * Report and resolve discrepancies by coordinating with internal teams. * Provide feedback on new system functionality and support **process improvements**, as needed. **Requirements** * Meticulous attention to detail when entering and reviewing data. * Proactivity in identifying issues and proposing solutions. * Reliable, accurate, and quality-oriented individual. * **Intermediate-level Excel proficiency required**.
