




Job Summary: An Administrative Assistant is required to support financial management, billing, and service control, with a focus on organization and interaction with suppliers. Customer invoicing preparation We are seeking an ***Administrative Assistant*** **Responsibilities:** * Daily submission of payment requests to suppliers * Requesting supplier invoices and registering them daily in the system * Assisting in the monthly verification of income and expenses * Preparing customer invoices by aggregating all applicable third-party expenses * Maintaining records of services performed * Preparing the PNC (Nonconformity Report) for the quality management system **Education** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field (preferred) Knowledge * Microsoft Office * Electronic invoicing 4.0 * RP (Regulatory Procedures) experience preferred **Skills** * Interaction with suppliers * Organization * Planning Prior experience working at a customs agency is preferred Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 - $13,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Company-provided mobile phone * Free uniforms Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred) Experience: * Invoicing: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
