Job Summary:
We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant willing to support repairs, minor construction, and tool management, with a proactive attitude and teamwork orientation.
Key Highlights:
1. Assistance with repairs, painting, and minor renovations.
2. Management and maintenance of tools and the work area.
3. Ability to follow instructions and solve basic problems.
**Corrective and Constructive Maintenance:**
* Assist in repairing minor malfunctions.
* Support painting and finishing work on buildings.
* Collaborate on minor construction or renovation tasks, such as equipment installation or preparation of new areas.
* Transport, move, and arrange furniture, equipment, and materials as needed.
**Tool and Work Area Management:**
* Load, carry, and unload materials and tools.
* Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
* Keep the work area clean and organized before, during, and after each activity.
* Report necessary materials and tools to the immediate supervisor for inventory replenishment.
***Requirements***
**Experience:** Prior experience (desirable but not mandatory) in similar positions or manual labor (e.g., construction, various trades).
**Knowledge:** Basic knowledge of trades (plumbing, electricity, carpentry, painting) and safe use of hand and power tools.
**Skills and Competencies:**
* Ability to accurately follow oral and written instructions.
* Manual dexterity and ability to solve basic problems.
* Service-oriented attitude, proactivity, and willingness to assist with diverse tasks.
* Ability to build positive interpersonal relationships and work effectively in a team.
**Physical Requirements:** Ability to perform physical labor, lift heavy objects, and work under varied conditions (heights, confined spaces, etc.).

Salary: $3,100.00 per week
