Job Summary: CINIA is seeking an Automotive Process Trainer (electrical harness assembly) to manage training, evaluate performance, and develop training improvements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify and develop improvements in training strategies CINIA, an inclusive company, is looking for: Automotive Process Trainer (electrical harness assembly) Requirements: * Education: Bachelor's degree or engineering degree * Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar position * Basic knowledge of IATF 16949:2016 (*) * Training expertise * Basic personnel management skills * Conflict resolution skills Responsibilities: * Train staff on automotive area operations (electrical harnesses) * Establish area-specific planned training programs and activities * ILUO evaluations * Implement and apply established training procedures and methods * Use and manage necessary resources and equipment for training delivery * Communicate training outcomes, including program effectiveness and additional needs * Participate in internal and external audits * Contribute to the development of training materials and resources aligned with staff operational needs * Evaluate participants' performance and progress in training programs and provide feedback * Identify and develop improvements in training strategies Employment type: Full-time Salary: $11,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
