DE C.V. in Puebla, Puebla** ***Job Description:*** * Verification of pre\-requisites for executing technology renewal projects (equipment owned by the client). * Validation of completed work in executed projects, as well as verification of compliance with expected standards for installation of technological equipment. * Coordination of the execution sequence for technology renewal and replacement projects, testing, and pilot deployments between the end user and the executing vendor. * Monitoring of third parties and involved departments regarding technical tasks associated with a work plan derived from an end-user technology infrastructure project. * Bulk onboarding and closure of branches that, due to volume and time constraints, cannot be handled independently. * Tracking resolution of warranties for equipment purchased by the client. **Skills:** * Proficiency in IT tools * Tracking of customer requests * Proficiency in cloning and image deployment tools * Proficiency in Windows 7, 8, and 10 operating systems ***Work Schedule:*** Monday to Friday \* hrs.
