




SHIFT SUPERVISOR. Functions and responsibilities: * Coordinate and supervise staff during the assigned shift. * Ensure efficient, courteous, and company-standard customer service. * Supervise and verify proper cash handling, cash register closing procedures, and safeguarding of valuables. * Ensure compliance with established schedules, duties, and procedures. * Resolve operational and customer service incidents arising during the shift. * Verify appropriate use of equipment, tools, and assigned resources. * Prepare and report incidents, shift results, and corresponding cash register closings to immediate supervisor. * Implement and enforce internal policies, safety regulations, and company guidelines. * Support training and performance follow-up of assigned staff. Work schedules: * Morning shift: 4:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. * Afternoon shift: 2:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. * Rotating shifts * Rotating days off Salary offer: * Salary: $634.00 pesos daily * Payment frequency: Biweekly * Payment method: BBVA bank account Essential requirements: * Proven experience in customer service. * Proven experience in cash handling. * Prior experience in staff supervision or coordination. * Completed bachelor’s degree in administrative fields. * Availability to rotate shifts and days off. * Leadership ability and decision-making skills.
