Main Responsibilities Communication Strategy and Management Design and implement digital and external communication strategies aligned with institutional objectives. Manage digital presence to maximize reach, interaction, and growth of online communities. Drive organizational positioning and recognition across media and digital platforms. Content Creation and Management Coordinate multi-platform content creation (social media, website, and emerging digital formats). Design and manage the digital content calendar. Ensure graphical, narrative, and strategic consistency across all channels. Monitoring and Analysis Monitor and analyze content performance, campaign effectiveness, and media presence. Generate strategic reports and track key performance indicators. Identify reputational opportunities and risks. External Communication and Media Relations Manage relationships with media outlets and digital platforms. Coordinate materials for spokespersons, press releases, press conferences, and media kits. Track media activities and visibility opportunities. Digital Operational Management Continuously administer social media accounts and update websites. Publish content according to the established schedule. Respond to and route digital messages. Manage web content (text, images, microsites, and landing pages). Crisis Prevention and Management Implement digital crisis monitoring and prevention strategies. Identify and document critical or unfavorable mentions. Respond promptly in accordance with established protocols. Profile/Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Digital Design, Journalism, Audiovisual Production, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience required in digital communication management, institutional social media handling, content creation, and web platform administration. Knowledge of communication strategies, digital writing, storytelling, social media metrics, and monitoring. Intermediate or advanced proficiency in audiovisual design and editing tools, as well as content management and digital advertising platforms. Experience in social, cultural, or community organizations is valued. The candidate must possess organizational, creative, analytical, collaborative, and adaptability skills for dynamic environments.
