In 2024, we recorded annual sales of approximately $3\.87 billion and secured $6\.1 billion in new business. **Job Purpose:** * Lead test strategy for new product to be launched, including equipment specifications and validation strategies. **Key Job Responsibilities:** * Follow and assure all safety standards regarding new launches. * Follow all corporative procedures and company policies applicable to new models launch activities. * Understand and Interpret Manufacturing SRD to assure It is 100% covered by test Eq. * Configure and Modify Test Sequence for any changes required in Test Eq. * Collaborate to complete manufacturing documents in time and form: o SCIFs, PFMEA, CP, Flow Diagram, QPS.* Elaborate SOW for new test equipment according with product specifications. * Validate and complete Equipment acceptance according plant procedures. * Statistics analysis (R\&R, Cpk, etc.) as part of the validations. * Analyse and document test coverage for the equipment in charge. * Participate actively in program meetings. * Coordinate meetings with equipment suppliers to assure correct development on equipment design and fabrication. * Accountable to meet program cycle time in all equipment in charge. * Continues improvement process to be applied on testing equipment. * Document Manufacturing feasibilities for every product to be launched. * Continuously working on new technologies to be applied in testing equipment. * Participate in product failure analysis when required. * Participate and coordinate special events when necessary: Flashing, Prototype Builds, production builds, SOP. **Critical experiences required to be ready for this job**: * Knowledge in audio and RF, optics, Vision systems, automation. * Proper handling for testing instruments and tools. * Experience on test strategies. **Job Snapshot** Updated Date 28\-Jan\-2026 Job ID J10566 Job Discipline Production Test Engineering Location Planta Chihuahua, Chihuahua, Chihuahua, Mexico Experience 10 \- 15 Years Employee Type Full Time Employees Employee Sub Type Regular
