Job Summary: Responsible for operating production equipment to manufacture parts, ensuring quality, cost, productivity, and safety, with a focus on continuous improvement and waste reduction. We are a great team and would be delighted to have you join us! **Your responsibilities** ------------------------- **Job objective:** Responsible for operating production equipment for part manufacturing, meeting defined objectives in Quality, Cost, Productivity, Time, and Delivery, under safe conditions and with a focus on waste reduction across the entire production chain. **Key activities:** * * Operates equipment according to machine and/or product work instructions, ensuring adherence to cycle time and specifications without misuse of equipment. * Reports any product and/or process variation, defect, or anomaly to the setter, shift supervisor, and/or coach. * The operator, if required, releases products per the control plan. * Participates with the team in continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for improvement and converting them into improvement proposals. * Responsible for model changeovers on their machine(s), as well as implementing related improvement actions (SMED). * Identifies machine failures and restores functionality when necessary, or notifies the setter to prevent prolonged downtime. * Performs daily machine maintenance checks and reports any anomalies, wear, or damage in MAXIMO for corrective action, and informs the setter. **Your profile** ---------------- **Required profile / Professional competencies** * Education: Minimum secondary school \- completed high school * Experience: 6 months in industry * Languages/required level: Not required * Computer software: * Office **Shift rotation availability required from Monday to Sunday, with mid-week rest days.** **Your benefits** ----------------- Your safety is our top priority, so you will work in a safe environment. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Professional development and growth. * Transportation * Life insurance **Contact** ----------- **Only electronic applications submitted via the company portal that meet the stated requirements will be reviewed.** Recruitment, Selection and Training Thyssenkrupp Presta de México Thyssenkrupp Presta de México, Calle Circuito Esteban de Antuñano No.1, Manzana 4 Parque Industrial Cd.
