Responsibilities: - Supervise and ensure compliance with the production plan during the assigned shift. - Coordinate and lead operational staff, including unionized and trusted personnel. - Guarantee proper operation of plastic injection processes and production equipment. - Implement and monitor continuous improvement actions (5S, TPM, 8D, and corrective actions). - Ensure compliance with quality and industrial safety standards. - Analyze operational indicators and make data-driven decisions using SAP and reporting tools.
