Collaboration across diverse departments and technical support CIPSA Group A growing company in the metal-mechanical sector Seeks: Innovation and Development Designer Trainee Required Profile: Recent graduates in: Industrial Design Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics Engineering / Industrial Engineering (with design focus) Proficiency in SolidWorks design software Basic SAP knowledge is desirable. Creativity, problem-solving orientation, and attention to detail. Teamwork ability and initiative. Key Responsibilities: 3D design of products, components, and innovative solutions. Prototype tracking and validation for new developments. Preparation of 2D technical drawings (assemblies, parts, welds, exploded views). Material master data entry and creation of bills of materials (BOM) in SAP. Graphic design of packaging, labels, manuals, and instructions. Development of new purchased components and technical support to production. Collaboration with various departments such as engineering, quality, and procurement.
