Responsibilities: - Perform goods receipt cutoff for finished products from production, ensuring finished products are properly identified and released by Quality, and packaging is in good condition - Receive resins, colorants, packaging materials, consumables, and spare parts from suppliers, verifying that purchase orders, invoices, and physical goods match in system, physical, and documentary terms. - Receive material request slips and reservations from production, verifying correct SAP release status to fulfill and deliver products to internal customers and perform corresponding inventory write-offs in SAP. - Receive return packaging materials, verifying their physical condition and confirming received quantities match both physically and documentally for accurate SAP system entry. - Receive and inspect products resulting from customer returns and rejections using handheld devices to document and report to relevant departments. - Monitor FIFO and FEFO principles applicable to each product type to ensure proper stock rotation in the warehouse, prioritizing dispatch of items with longest storage duration—especially those prone to spoilage or obsolescence. - Prepare materials for dispatch to internal and external customers with appropriate lead time, executing corresponding SAP movements. - Conduct cyclic, wall-to-wall, and annual physical inventories to verify that actual stock levels match recorded balances in inventory databases and accounting ledgers.
